| 摘 要： | 指出学校体育的目的必须以社会的需要为前提，要为社会服务。围绕这一现点，学校体育的目的应当是增进学生的健康．增强学生的体质，使学生掌握科学锻炼的方法，养成锻炼身体的习惯．注重学生各方面能力的培养，使他们成为适应现代生活方式的身心健康的人。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the background of physique education , indicates that the objective of school physical education must be based on social demand . Center on this view ,the objective of school physical education should be make students healthier and stronger ,let them muster the ways to exercise scientific , cultivate the habit of exercising , and train the capability in various aspect . So students can adapt themselves to modern society healthily . |
