| 摘 要： | 由于数字图书馆的实际情况,互联网数字图书馆大多具有企业性质,因此适合公共图书馆尤其是高校图书馆的评估模式应当是基于局域网的数字图书馆——混合图书馆(Hybrid Library)评估模式。对此,韩国首尔教育大学等研究人员根据"德尔非法"(Delphi Method)制订出的混合图书馆评估模式很有借鉴价值,但需要在国内的图书馆评估实践中加以完善,如数字环境下图书馆评估中关于版权保护、读者评估等问题。

| Abstract: | Most of the digital libraries of Internet have the qualities of enterprises because of their practical conditions.Consequently,the evaluation model suitable for public libraries,especially university libraries should be that in Hybrid Library,which is a digital library based on LAN.Considering this,researchers in Seoul National University of Education developed an evaluation model of Hybrid Library based on Delphi Method,which has much reference value.But it needs improvement in evaluation practice in domestic libraries about copyright protection,users' evaluation,etc. |
