| 摘 要： | 我国沿海与内地，东部地区与西部地区明显地存在着差距。改革开放以来，我国东部沿海地区在经济建设诸领域取得了辉煌的成就，也积累了一系列较为成熟的经验，作为西部区域经济建设者而言，应不失时机地抓住机遇，特别是在西部大开发进入实质性实践阶段，应更加注意与自己的实际情况相结合，走有西部特色的发展道路。这对于实现共同富裕和国民经济的健康发展具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义。

| Abstract: | There's an obvious gap between the coastal area and inland, the eastern and western China. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, great achievements have been made in the economic development and other fields in the eastern coastal area in China, and also gained a great deal of mature experiences. As an economic builder, one should seize the opportunity to follow the road of regional economic development with western China's characteristics, integrate with the actual situation especially in the substantive practice stage of the western China's development. It of great actual importance and far-reaching historic significance for the realization of the common prosperity and healthy development of the national economy. |
