| 摘 要： | 根据实际调研情况,提出了大型仪器设备开放共享应遵循"依托学科,有偿占用,相对集中,专管共用,资源共享"的基本原则.从购置源头抓起,逐步递进地论述了如何加强大型仪器设备开放共享构建工作,提高学校的投资效益和大型仪器设备的使用效益.

| Abstract: | According to actual investigation,this paper put forward a basic principle for open-sharing of the large-scale instruments & equipments,that is,relying on the course,charging to take up,opposite concentration,taking care of particularly and using together,sharing resources.By first analyzing the source of purchase,this paper discussed that how to strengthen the open-sharing of the large-scale instruments & equipments,in order to improve the benefit of investing and using. |
