| 摘 要： | 知识产权与数字图书馆的信息服务工作密切相关．中分析了数字图书馆在数字服务过程中知识产权保护在借阅服务、专题资料汇编服务、作翻译中所存在的问题，针对我国数字图书馆知识产权保护技术的发展状况和我国现行知识产权制度，以及知识产权立法状况，提出了我国数字图书馆在数字服务中保护知识产权的立法和技术等方面的建议。

| Abstract: | Knowledge right is closely related to the information service of digital library.This paper analyzes the knowledge rights protection problem existed in the digital service of lending book, editing special materials and interpreting works in the service process.Based on the present developing state, current system and law establishment of knowledge rights protection in our country, this paper put forwards some proposals and measures in the law establishment and techniques of knowledge rights during the service of digital library in our country. |
