| 摘 要： | 形体舞蹈是近几年兴起的一项我国高校体育选修课程之一,是一门针对当代大学生的生理特点和心理需求而开设的课程.教学应根据学生特点和社会需要,及时丰富教学内容;合理运用体育游戏激发学生的学习热情;培养学生的自信心,提高教学的时效性;实行小群体互助学习法,调动学生学习思考的积极性与主动性等方面提高教学质量.

| Abstract: | Physique dance,having grown up in recent years,is one of the Optional course of sports in Chinese colleges and universities for the physiological cha racteristics and psychological needs of contemporary college students.Teaching should focus on social needs of the new era,adjust teaching methods constantly and keep abreast with the times in order to adapt to the demand of talents in th e current era of knowledge. |
