尼氏真绥螨的饥饿耐受性研究

摘    要:室内测定尼氏真绥螨Euseius nicholsi Ehara et Lee的饥饿耐受性.结果显示尼氏真绥螨的耐饥时间随温度的升高而显著减少(p<0.05);各螨态的耐饥时间随发育历期的延长而显著增加(p<0.05).4个试验温度(30、25、20和15℃)条件下,处于饥饿状态的尼氏真绥螨各螨态的阶段死亡率均具有正态分布特点,并可根据正态分布特点得出尼氏真绥螨的饥饿半致死时间(T50)和致死时间(T95).在30℃、25℃、20℃和15℃条件下,饥饿处理时95%的尼氏真绥螨个体的平均存活时间为2.4、3.8、5.6和11.3天.

Abstract:Laboratory experiments were conducted to examine the starvation toleran ce of Euseius nicholsi Ehara et Lee.The survival time in starvation of E.nicho lsi was significantly positively related with the instar age(p<0.05).The corre lation between survival time in starvation of the different instars of E.nichol si and temperature was significantly negative(p<0.05).There is a close relatio nship between the stage-mortality(M) and the survival time(T) of E.Nicholsi i n starvation.The starvation endurance threshold(T50)and lethal time(T95) of dif ferent E.Nicholsi instars can be calculated according to the equation of the no rmal distribution model.When the environmental temperatures are 30、25、20 and 15 ℃,respectively,95 % individuals of E.Nicholsi in starvation would die in 2.4、3.8、5.6 days and 11.3 days,on average.
