| 摘 要： | 加强大学生课外政治理论学习，对大学生价值观念的形成、人生视野的开拓、综合素质的提升等具有重要意义。新时期大学生课外政治理论学习在认识、机制、方法和效果等四个方面存在着一些突出问题，为此，必须在适应需求、健全机制、丰富载体、联系实际等方面采取积极有效的措施，以增强大学生课外政治理论学习的针对性和实效性。
