| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村，不仅关系到农业、农村的发展和农民的富裕，而且关系到实现国家的长治久安和民族的伟大复兴。必须站在全局的高度，把握好七大关系，把建设社会主义新农村作为现代化进程中的一项重要历史使命抓紧抓好，使之成为全党全社会的共同认识和共同行动。
