| Abstract: | The paper uses the comparative analysis method and makes a further research about collaborative digital reference service. Finally, combining our libraris and other intelligence agencies jointly conducted the practice of digital reference service, the paper purposes five advices on collaborative digital reference service systems in our country so as to promote collaborative digital reference service to the development of intelligence and personalization.
