| 摘 要： | 以法哲学的视角，对中国图书馆法的价值目标、基本价值、价值的实现进行了分析，提出中国图书馆法的价值目标是服务大众，基本价值是建立可持续发展的中国现代图书馆秩序，价值实现的途径是建设自觉遵守与严格执行图书馆法的和谐图书馆环境。

| Abstract: | From the view of legal philosophy,this article analyses the target value,the basic value and the achievement of values of Chinese library law,and puts forward that the target value of Chinese library law is to serve the public,the basic value is to establish a modern Chinese library system with sustainable development,the approach to achieve the values is to create a harmonious environment in library where the library law is consciously complied with and strictly carried out. |
