基于岗位分工的高职软件人才职业能力模型构建及培养策略

摘    要:高职软件技术专业面向的岗位(群)主要包括程序员、软件测试员、软件技术支持及软件销售。调查表明,不同岗位的职业能力要求是不同的,可分为一般职业能力和特殊职业能力。基于高职软件技术专业面向的岗位分工,创建"岗位职业能力模型",涉及4个岗位群及其职业能力要求,为高职软件人才培养提供了参考。

Abstract:The posts(or post group) faced by the software technology specialty of higher vocational education mainly includes programmers,supporter of software technology and software sales.The investigation shows that the requirement for vocational ability of different posts is different and generally can be divided into general vocational ability and special vocational ability aiming at every post.Based on post division,"post vocational ability model" defines 4 post groups and their requirement of vocational ability for the software technology specialty so as to provide reference for cultivating software talents of higher vocational education.
