高职“双师结构”教学团队:内涵与建设要素

摘    要:高职"双师结构"教学团队是指高职教师团队整体上要配备能力素质各有所长的成员,即团队成员中既包括理论型教师,又包括技能型教师。双师结构教学团队建设的基本要素和策略是:建立共同的教师发展目标;选择各有所长、才技互补的教师成员队伍;团队负责人和团队成员间分工明确、协同合作,以及在职称、类别、年龄方面的合理搭配;教师引进和培养实现专兼结合、校企合作。

Abstract:The "dual-qualification structure" teaching team indicates that the teaching staff team of higher vocational schools include theoretical teachers as well as skilled teachers.The basic elements and construction strategies for building "dual-qualification structure" teaching team include: formulating common development objectives for teachers;selecting the members of the team that everyone has his strong point and their skills can complement with each other;the responsible person and members of the team have clear working divisions and can cooperate and harmonize with each other,and their professional titles,types and ages are also complemented;combination of teachers introduction and cultivation,and full-time teachers and part-time teachers,etc.
