知识视角下的企业大学研究

摘    要:知识视角下企业大学的核心价值主要体现在知识创造和为企业与社会提供个性化、持续化、泛在性、效能性的知识服务两方面。企业大学的知识创造机理、知识观和知识特点共同铸就了企业大学作为企业知识中心的地位。不同形态的企业大学应立足于现实和未来发展目标,积极构建企业大学知识服务的机制模型,该模型主要由知识创造、知识分享和知识效能等核心要素构成。

Abstract:The core value of corporate value from the perspective of knowledge is shown in the following two aspects: knowledge creation and knowledge service which can provide corporations and the society with personalization, continuity, ubiquitousness and effectiveness. Knowledge creation mechanism, knowledge view and knowledge features of corporate universities contribute to the situation of corporate university being the center of corporate knowledge. Different types of corporate universities should actively construct the mechanism model of corporate university knowledge service on the basis of the present situation and the future. The model is essentially comprised of such core elements as knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and knowledge effectiveness.
