| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、访查法等研究方法对杭甬两市青少年足球后备人才培养进行了对比分析,试图找出两市足球后备人才培养工作的异同和差距,促进浙江省青少年足球运动发展。杭州市足球重点学校数量、运动员及教练员人数较多,青少年足球运动基础及普及情况较宁波市好;杭州市青少年足球业余训练较为积极;两市青少年足球运动员接受大赛锻炼的机会均较少。
