| 摘 要： | “西南夷”地处边陲,其正式纳入汉王朝版图,是从汉武帝刘彻对“西南夷”经略开始 的。汉武帝时期,随着汉王朝的强盛,经略“西南夷”的条件日趋成熟。汉武帝通过设置郡县加强 对“西南夷”管理,同时实行“故俗治”、“毋赋税”、募兵屯垦和开凿交通干线等一系列开明的政治、 经济、文化政策,促进了西南地区经济与文化的发展,促进了西南各民族的团结与融合,加快了“西 南夷”地区进入封建社会的步伐。

| Abstract: | The minorities in the Southwest of China, lying on the frontiers, were formally merged into China's territory when Emperor Hanwu LIU Che began to administer them. In the period of Emperor Hanwu, the conditions to administer the minorities in the Southwest of China were matured with the strengthening of Han Dynasty. Emperor Hanwu reinforced his administration over them through prefecture and county establishment, meanwhile, accelerated their economic and cultural development, their unity and melting, and their paces into feudal society by means of "modifying old customs", "free duty", collecting soldiers to cultivate land and building roads, etc. |
