| 摘 要： | 文章从空间隐喻人手，分析了介词“into”的隐喻意义，发现“into”的空间意义可以映射到时间、状态、数学等领域，表达世界具体或抽象事物运动变化的过程和结果，语义极为丰富，有利于学习者更好地学习和使用。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the meanings of preposition ＂into＂ from the perspective of spatialization metaphor. It finds that the original meaning of ＂into＂,projected in the fields of time, status,mathernaties and so on, can be used to express the meaning of moving or changing process or outcome. The research of its rich meanings promotes English learners better understanding and more flexible use of the word. |
