| 摘 要： | 综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、特尔菲法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对青海农村地区中小学体育教师队伍素质现状进行系统调查和全面、客观分析研究。结果表明：农村学校体育教师缺额较大,教师队伍中青年教师占的比例大,女性教师严重短缺,教师学历偏低,职称评定工作滞后,中小学体育教师队伍极不稳定,教师流失现象比较严重。故此针对性的提出发展对策和具体措施以缓解或逐步扭转青海农村地区中小学体育师资队伍建设落后的现状。

| Abstract: | This article talks about the analyses and investigations about the present PE teachers＇ qualities and situations in the rural area in Qinghai,by using various methods such as documentary material,questionnaire,investigation,conversation,statistics and logical analysis,etc.The result is that rural schools are short of PE teachers,especially the female teachers;most teachers of the permanent staff are young teachers with-ower academic credentials and professional titles;teaching staff is not stable,quite a few teachers have switched to other jobs.This article tries to give some suggestions and solutions or measures to change the present situation in order to improve the development of the rural physical education. |
