| 摘 要： | 通过对中外优秀男子跳远运动员起跳技术运动学分析，认为发展运动员短跑速度能力，提高起跳水平速度，起跳垂直速度和腾起角度，是当今优秀男子跳远运动员起跳技术的显著特征，也是影响跳远成绩的重要运动学指标。只有各项技术实现最佳组合和匹配，才能取得好成绩。

| Abstract: | Through the kinematics analysis of take-off skills on famous male long-jump athletes at home and abroad, the conclusion is drawn that it is not only a predominant feature of take-off skill but an important kinematics norm influencing long-jump result to speed up short-distance race, take-off horizontal velocity, vertical velocity and jumping angle. Combination and matching of various skills will lead to success. |
