| 摘 要： | 在中国经济体制改革和高校管理体制改革的大背景下,高等院校的快速扩张带来了自身的财务风险。高等院校扩张中的财务风险包括两个方面:项目风险和环境风险。项目风险是扩张项目本身的风险,包括项目不能按期投入使用、项目投资成本超过预期、项目完成后收入不能达到预期等。环境风险是环境因素导致的风险,包括利率风险、汇率风险、政策风险等。防范风险应当从宏观和微观两个方面采取措施。 |
