| 摘 要： | 本文提出发展生态生产力是落实科学发展观，建设生态省、市的根本要求。发展生态生产力要求充分地把生态优势转化为经济优势，生态优势有生态智慧的优势和生态资源的优势，生态智慧包括自然生态系统的智慧和生物个体智慧，生态资源包括有形资源和隐形资源，文章对如何把生态优势转化为经济优势作了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | To develop ecological productivity is the basic requisite for a scientific development and build - up of ecological city or province. Such a development calls for the change to the full extent of the ecological advantages into the economic ones. E-cological advantages include advantages of both the ecological wisdom and resources. The ecological wisdom refers to the wisdom of the natural ecological system and that of the organic individuality; while the ecological resources mean the visible, as well as the invisible resources. This essay is to make a tentative on how to do the changes. |
