大沙河水库浮游植物种类组成及季节性变化

摘    要:为了解广东省江门市大沙河水库浮游植物的种类组成及季节变化特征,自2012年9月至2013年8月,通过每月中旬对沙河水库浮游植物进行采样调查,共鉴定出浮游植物64种(属),隶属于6门,其中绿藻门有27属,占总数的42.19%;硅藻门有19属,占总数的28.13%;蓝藻门有13属,占总数的21.88%;甲藻门、裸藻门及金藻门共占总数的7.81%。常见的优势种主要有铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)、卷曲鱼腥藻(Anabaena circinalis)、假鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena sp)、湖沼色球藻(Chroococcus limneticus)、隐球藻(Aphanocapsa sp)、栅藻(Scenedesmus sp)、光角角星鼓藻(Staurastrum muticum)以及颗粒直链藻极狭变种螺旋型(Melosira granulata var.angustissima f.spiralis)。分析结果表明:大沙河水库种类组成变化总体呈现"冬季以蓝藻门、绿藻门为主;春季绿藻门、硅藻门增多;夏秋季节以蓝藻门为主"的季节变化规律,其浮游植物丰度范围为(0.02~1.74)亿cells/L;蓝藻自春末到冬初大量繁殖,并且常年在丰度上占有优势,冬季常出现蓝藻水华;大沙河水库浮游植物的丰度变化与水温(R=0.383)、叶绿素(R=0.373)和氨氮(R=0.225)呈正相关,与总氮(TN)呈负相关(R=-0.243)。

Abstract:In order to provide information about the species composition and seasonal variation in phytoplankton at Dashahe Reservoir, Jiangmen city, Guangdong, China we collected phytoplankton samples in the middle of each month from September 2012 to August 2013. From samples we identified 64 phytoplankton genera belonging to six phyla: 27 genera from Chlorophyta, 19 genera from Bacillariophyta and 13 genera from Cyanophyta, accounting for 42.19%, 28.13% and 21.88% of total phytoplankton, respectively. Pyrrhophyta, Euglenophyta and Chrysophyta together accounted for 7.81% of the total. Among all collected species, the predominant ones were Microcystis aeruginosa, Anabaena circinalis, Pseudanabaena sp., Chroococcus limneticus, Aphanocapsa sp., Scenedesmus sp., Staurastrum muticum and Melosira granulata var. angustissima f. spiralis. We found that seasonal variation in species composition generally followed a pattern whereby Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta dominated in winter, Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta increased in spring, and Cyanophyta dominated in summer and autumn. Phytoplankton abundance ranged from 16 million cells·L-1 to 174 million cells·L-1 during the observation period. The amount of Cyanophyta increased from late spring to early winter and had an advantage in abundance all year round. Cyanophyta blooms often emerged in winter. In general, Phytoplankton growth at Dashahe Reservoir had a positive correlation with temperature, chlorophyll and ammonia nitrogen and a negative correlation with total nitrogen.
