体育素质测评中有限理性理论的运用思考

摘    要:体育教学是教育改革的一项重要内容,如何在体育素质测评中全面贯彻落实“十二五规划”关于全面实施素质教育、推进教学评价制度改革的指导精神,成为体育教学理论研究与教学实践中人们广泛关注的课题。本文结合管理学中的“有限理性”理论对体育素质测评的现状及存在的问题进行了深入研究,分析了结果理性和程序理性两种评价理念在体育素质测评中的应用,进而结合国家关于全面实施素质教育的改革精神提出了完善体育素质测评体系与方法的相关政策性建议。

Abstract:Sports teaching is an important content of education reform. How to fully implement the guiding spirit of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" on comprehensively implementing quality-ori-ented education and promoting teaching evaluation reform in sports quality evaluation, has become a subject of widespread concern in the theoretical study and teaching practice of sports teaching. Combined with limited rationality theory in manage-ment, this paper makes a deep research on the current situation and problems of sports quality evaluation, analyzes the application of result rationality and procedure rationality in sports quality eval-uation, and then combined with the national reform spirit of com-prehensively implementing quality-oriented education, proposes relevant suggestions on perfecting the system and method of sports quality evaluation.
