| 摘 要： | 为了探讨我国高新技术制造业上市公司财务危机预警问题,提取上市公司财务报告数据,依据财务数据K-S检验、T检验、Mann-whitney U检验理论应用SPSS软件将公司的财务简化用于建模,进而构建了企业logistic财务预警模型,在此基础上结合实际的案例,对高新技术制造业上市公司财务危机预警进行了验证。

| Abstract: | To explore the problem of financial crisis early warning on high and new technology industry listed company, this paper extracts the data of financial report of listed company. Then according to the financial data of K-S test, T test, and the Mann-Whitney U test, the software of SPSS is used to simplify the company＇ s financial which is used for modeling. Combining the actual ease, the model of the financial crisis early warning on high and new technology industry listed company is verified. |
