| 摘 要： | 大学与知识管理有着天然的关系。自大学建立伊始,大学就存在着知识管理活动。随着社会的不断发展,大学由社会的边缘走进社会的中心,知识管理的水平也日益提升。在人类社会即将走进知识经济社会的今天,大学在社会发展中的中心作用日益凸显。对目前我国大学知识管理实施中存在的问题进行思考,有助于提高大学知识管理的水平。

| Abstract: | University is naturally related to the management of knowledge. Since the establishment of university, the management of knowledge has come into being in university. With the development of society, a university has become from the edge of society into the center, and accordingly the level of the management of knowledge has risen. A university is playing more and more important role in the social development during the period when the human society is to enter the knowledge-economy society. The inquiry about problems of the management of knowledge in university benefits the level of the management. |
