| Abstract: | To strengthen the financial administration in colleges, at first, is to prepare total financial schemes, to make overall arrangement and use of financial resources; then, is to make each department responsible for their expenditure, to optimize structure of expenditure, and to make appropriate refunding, that is to regular economic orders; at last, is to allow each department to increase their own incomes and to improve finance officers. |
