| 摘 要： | 二十世纪三十年代，面对复杂的国际局势，苏联对外推行集体安全政策．长期以来，人们对苏联推行集体安全政策的过程、特点、后果及围绕集体安全政策苏联与资本主义民主国家、法西斯势力的关系等方面有较多评述．而对苏联推行集体安全政策的原因和不利因素等的分析比较零散，也不够深入．本文拟依据史实，作进一步探讨，以供商榷．

| Abstract: | The Soviet, facting the complicted international situation, carried out the collective security policy in 1930s. For long time, people had a few commentaries about the process and the Characteristics and the result of the Soviet carrying the collective security policy, and the relations about the Soviet getting along with the capitalism democratic state and the Nazi-state. But people have few commentaries about the reason and the disadvantageous factor of the Soviet carrying out the collective security policy, and these commentaries did not go deep into it. According to the history fact, the author want to go deep into explore the reason and the disadvantageous factor of the collective security policy to supply deliberation . |
