| Abstract: | The selection system of the participants in the administrative hearing plays an important role in improving the impartiality of the hearing of withess.This article analyzes the concept of participants in the hearing,the types of the participants,the problems on the selection system of the participants in administrative hearing in China,and finally offers some valuable suggestions on how to perfect the selection system of the participants in the hearings. |
