| Abstract: | Taking strengthened essential level and widened learning entrance as a beginning, the article demonstrates the construction logic of training mode of talented persons on art design education, the ladder-tower style. The thematic mode, task centered teaching form and the studio-style teaching system are put forward in the article to suit the training mode of the ladder-tower style. |
