| 摘 要： | 目的探索牙周病合并错畸形的治疗方法。方法通过对26例牙周病合并错畸形采用彻底牙周治疗的基础上联合正畸治疗,并在治疗过程中和治疗结束后一年内定期进行牙周检查。结果所有26例牙周病合并错畸形病例通过综合治疗不仅错畸形得以矫治,咬关系得以调整,而且有效控制了牙周炎症,消除了创伤,有利于牙周组织恢复健康,达到了美容和恢复咀嚼功能的目的。结论综合法治疗牙周病合并错畸形,方法简单,效果良好,是一种易于推广,行之有效的治疗手段之一。
