| 摘 要： | 城市是区域范围内各种要素的中心,是历史形成的一种有别于乡村的高级聚落。城市形成的标准可概括为十个方面,但只要符合大部分标准(2/3以上),就可以断定该聚落已属于城市。从城市发展的历史来看,城市的形成是在经历了漫长的起源过程后完成的,城市形成的标准中某一因素或几项因素在历史时期的出现,可以说明城市已经开始起源或者说开始萌芽。

| Abstract: | A city is the center of different key elements in a regional scope, and is the senior settlement that is different from the village in its history. The standard of the city forming can be summarized as ten aspects. Whether the city forming or not can't be judged with the unified standard mode. So long as conforming to the most standards of the city forming, the settlement can be regarded as a city. According to the history of the city development, the forming of a city is finished after going a long original course. So,it may show that the city is starting its origin or seed when some factor or several factors in the city forming standards appear in the historic period. |
