| 摘 要： | 以老年人体育公共服务体系特点与结构的探讨和阐述为基础，分析了广州市羽毛球协会参与老年人体育公共服务的基本现状、存在问题及其主要原因，提出以供给侧结构改革为前提，以合理定位，明确职责；创新手段，丰富内容；充分吸纳和合理利用社会资源；完善服务机制，建立绩效评估机制等为手段的发展思路和建议，旨在为提升广州市羽毛球协会服务老年人体育的质量，加快协会实体化发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion and statement of senior citizen sports public service''s systematical characters and structures, this paper analyzes the status quo, problems and its main causes of Guangzhou Badminton Association''s participation in senior citizen sports public service. On the premise of supply-side structure''s reform, it puts forward to the suggestion which by means of reasonable location, specific obligation, innovative methods and abundant contents; and fully absorbs rational use of social resources, improves the service mechanism, establishes performance evaluation mechanism, and so on. It also aims at providing a reference to improving the quality of Guangzhou Badminton Association''s service on senior citizen and accelerating materialized development of this association. |
