| 摘 要： | 心理契约反映了组织与员工之间关于责任和承诺的一种期望.在教学团队的创建中引入心理契约概念,强调教学团队作为一种知识型的团队,在团队创建时,应充分考虑团队成员的专业性和个性,从构建心理契约的角度出发,满足团队成员的心理期望,组建高绩效的教学团队.

| Abstract: | Psychological contract reflects expectations of responsibility and commitment between institution and members,which concepts are introduced into teaching-team construction in this article to stress that as an intellectual team,we must give adequate consideration to the members' professionalism and personality,meet the members' expectations in the light of psychological contract construction,and establish a teaching-team of high efficiency and excellent performance. |
