| 摘 要： | 美国研究型大学雄厚的研究实力和丰硕的研究成果,使其成为技术文明时代的骄子。其成功得益于按照管理和教育规律建立起以董事会管理模式、二元权力结构、学院制组织架构为特征的学术管理体制和由教授终身制、教师聘任制、经费分配制度、教师评价制度构成的运行机制。这为我国进行一流大学的建设提供了有益的启示和借鉴。

| Abstract: | The abundant research strength of American research universities make them become the first-class universities at the age of technique civilization with the fruitful research achievements. Their success attributes to the academic management system characterized with the administrative pattern of board of director, duality authority structure, college system and the operation mechanism which is composed of Tenure System, employment system for teaching staff, budget allotment system, faculty evaluation system. All the experiences will provide beneficial revelation and reference for the construction of top grade universities in out country. |
