| 摘 要： | 信息化教学是当前信息技术在教育中应用的热点课题，在已开展的各种信息化教学实践中，还存在着不少缺陷和不足。本文从信息技术的认知工具角度出发，介绍在学习和教学中使用的多种信息技术工具，并探讨利用认知工具进行有效学习的基本原理，以支持学生的有意义学习和知识建构。
