| 摘 要： | 在我国目前的研究中,关于中外合作办学模式的观点很不统一,而且大都是从形式上探讨,忽视了其实质内容。结合中外合作办学的内容,可以从人才培养、学生教管、国际合作、综合管理、良性发展等方面对其办学模式进行探讨。统一教学与分类指导是中外合作办学的人才培养模式,正面引导与尊重个性是中外合作办学的学生教管模式,全面交流与重点合作是中外合作办学的国际合作模式,科学统筹与强化服务是中外合作办学的综合管理模式,政策引导与法律规制是中外合作办学的良性发展模式。
