西部农村特岗教师专业发展现状及途径探析

摘    要:特岗教师作为解决西部贫困地区师资问题而出现的特殊教师群体,同时也是新教师群体,研究西部农村特岗教师专业发展问题对"特岗教师计划"的进一步开展和实施具有重要意义。在教师专业发展理论基础上,结合西部农村教育的特殊性,从特岗教师专业理想的建立、专业知识的拓展、专业能力的发展、专业自我的形成四方面探析其专业发展的现状,进而提出发展途径:师范教育的前期准备;特岗教师的入职和在职培训;特岗教师的自我教育。

Abstract:Special-post teachers are a special and new group to solve the shortage of teaching faculty in western poor areas. Examining the professional development of special-post teachers in western rural areas is significant for further development and implementation of "special post scheme". Based on the professional development of teaching and integrated with the particularity of western rural education, this paper probes into the professional development status quo of special-post teacher, proposes the developing approach, elaborates the preparation for teaching education, illustrates the training before and during working and expounds the self-education of special-post teachers from the following aspects: the establishment of teachers’ professional ideal, the expansion of professional knowledge, the development of professional skills and the formation of professional self-awareness.
