| 摘 要： | "双师型"教师队伍建设是新时期教育改革的需要。然而,在基层电大的教师队伍建设中存在教师结构不合理、领导重视不够、缺乏资金支持等问题,影响了"双师型"教师队伍建设。因此,在建设"双师型"教师队伍时,不仅专业教师要有自觉意识,提高自身素质,而且领导也应在观念上、制度上和资金上加以支持,促进"双师型"教师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of Double Teachers is the need of education reform in the new era.However,RTVU teachers team construction of teachers structure is irrational,the leader takes seriously insufficient,lack of financial support and other issues affecting the double type teachers team construction.Therefore,in the construction of double type teachers,teachers should have not only professional consciousness,improve their own quality;and leadership should also be in the concept,system and funds to support,promote double type teachers team construction. |
