| 摘 要： | 要想可靠地进行数字资源的长期保存,必须解决相应的保存权利问题,必须妥善协调各相关方的关系和利益。数字资源长期保存权益管理政策,主要是通过定义和规范各相关方的权利和责任来维护各方合法权益。本文讨论了权益管理政策的具体内容。

| Abstract: | The rights of preserving and handling the relations among related parties have to be solved so as to preserve the digital resources in the long run.The policy of Rights management protects the legal rights of related parties by defining the rights and responsibilities of every party in the digital preservation activities.This paper discusses the contents of the policy. |
