| 摘 要： | 分析了国内外高校软件工厂实践教学经验。讨论了流水线式软件工厂实训模式的管理理论基础和设计目标。从软件工厂各部门分工、软件研发流程、员工管理方案等方面介绍了软件工厂实训模式。从人力资源管理、软件需求、软件设计、软件编码、软件测试和软件实施等方面提出了流水线式软件工厂实训业务的管理流程。

| Abstract: | The experiences and deficiencies of SFPT（sofrware factory practice training） within universities in china and abroad are Analyzed The management theoretical basis for pipeline SFPT and its design goal are discussed. The mode of SFPT is introduced from the points of views of the function-partition within all departments of sot~-ware factory, software development flows, employees and management solutions. The business management flows of the pipeline SFPT are proposed from the points of views of human resources management, software requirement management, soft.ware design management, software programming management, software testing management, and software implementation management. |
