| 摘 要： | 建立现代大学制度和改革人才培养模式是提升高等教育质量的重要路径。高等教育内外部关系规律是指导现代大学制度改革的基点与评价标准,即大学既要满足社会需要又要遵循其自身发展逻辑。西方大学历经千年发展,遵循理念产生制度、制度体现理念的逻辑关系,建立起与自身文化和外部环境相适应的现代大学制度。以此,从大学内外部关系的两个层面、四个维度对我国现代大学制度改革进行探讨。现代大学制度改革应摒弃非此即彼的思维模式,在大学自治与政府干预、"象牙塔"与"服务站"、学术权力与行政权力、通识教育与专业教育等四个维度保持适度张力。
