| 摘 要： | 近百年来,晋商现象以及徽商现象引起了众多学者的关注。从改革开放至今,学术界更是涌现了一股研究商帮现象的热潮,可谓盛况空前,成绩斐然,但是相对二者的比较研究则缺乏足够的重视与关注。文章回顾了近几十年的晋商徽商比较研究状况,从经济、文化以及社会生活等几个方面对研究成果进行了综述,运用比较学、经济学等相关学科的理论和方法对晋商徽商的研究进行了探讨,揭示二者不同的历史经验与教训,为今天的企业改革和经济发展提供有益的借鉴。
