扶贫顶岗实习支教场域中教师实践性知识的成长

摘    要:在扶贫顶岗实习支教场域中,实习支教学生将自己置身于特定的"地方性"教学情境中顶全职岗位教师角色。在陌生的教学环境下,以往的知识储备超出"准教师"的能力范围,现实情境迫使实习支教学生潜在的默默地观察学习其他教师。实习支教学生通过潜在的认知师徒关系,在扶贫顶岗实习支教场域中逐渐形成自己真正信奉、在教育实践中体现出来的教育观念,增加自己实践性知识的积累,促进教师实践性知识的成长。
