| 摘 要： | 法经济学分析表明,赌徒、庄家以及运动员和裁判参与竞技体育赌博的原因并不完全相同。赌徒是为了满足其爱好风险的需要,庄家纯粹为了获利,而运动员和裁判虽然也是为了获利,但在很多情况下是被庄家引诱而为之。因此,治理竞技体育赌博必须改变赌徒对赌博的态度,并加大查处力度,使其无利可图。
