| 摘 要： | 工学交替不是一般意义上的工学结合形式,而是主动学习最有效的教育方式,同时也是创业教育的有效途径,在素质型、创新型人才培养方面是其他教育形式所无法比拟的价值。其显著特征是＂工＂与＂学＂内容上的高度统一和过程的反复交替,其核心是实现主动学习。工学交替的实施需要对知识体系化的课程进行重组,将一门课程的内容划分为数个＂学习包＂。课程的教学分为七个步骤。

| Abstract: | Work-study Alternation Program is not an ordinary sense of Work-study Combination;it is an effective way to entrepreneurial education and an effective teaching way to active learning.The key of this mode is to emphasize the unity of work and study.It also emphasizes the repeated alternation of processing.The practice of Work-study Alternation Program needs to restructure the curriculum. |
