摘 要: | 面对高职院校间日益激烈的师资与人才竞争,为了更好地吸引并留住人才,高职院校传统的、以"事"为中心的人事管理模式必须进行改革。可以尝试引入"人本管理"的理念与模式,促使当前高职院校人事管理向以"人"为中心的人力资源管理转变。

Abstract: | Facing the increasing competition of talent and teachers among higher vocational colleges,in order to attract and keep the talent and teachers,we should reform the traditional affair-centered personnel management system.We could try introducing the conception and mode of humanistic management into the reform,to urge the current personnel management among higher vocational colleges change into personnel-centered human resources management fundamentally. |
