| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任对于推动企业、社会、自然和谐共存与健康发展具有重要的实践意义。首先在梳理国内外相关研究进展的基础上,对企业社会责任的内涵从广义与狭义两个角度分别进行界定,进而基于企业的角度,进一步分析企业履行社会责任的驱动因素,最后综合现有研究成果,分三个阶段介绍企业社会责任在我国的实践过程。 |
