| Abstract: | On the basis of the brief introduction on the main advantages of recycling-based economy, this paper emphasizes the necessity of recycling-based economy in China from two aspects that are the acquiring of a scientific developing idea and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. The author interprets the practice and problem of recycling-based economy in China, then puts forward the policy and measure to rapidly developing recycling-based economy. |
