| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of institutional change, the paper makes profound analysis on the role of local government management innovation , fundamental objective , management innovation initiative and influence, problems occurred in the management innovation and path of management innovation, trying to ifnd out the suitable path for our country to implement management innovation and provide better guidance to the management practice. |
