| 摘 要： | 高校的档案管理是人力资源部门的基本工作之一,亦是人事管里中不能缺少的一个环节。伴随高等院校教学事业的日益前进,高等院校档案管理工作存有的问题也日益凸显,面临的挑战也愈来愈多。对于网络化的时代背景下,如何加强高校档案管理的信息化建设提出思考。

| Abstract: | Archives management in colleges is a basic work in Human Resources Department, it is a indispensable link in its management work. With the development of teaching career in colleges, problems in archive management of colleges becomes more and more serious and will face much hashier challenges. The paper proposes ways to strengthen informatization strategy of college archives management under the background of networking. |
